Terms of Service

The service

SponsorIntro researches local sponsorship opportunities, contacts organizations, confirms available terms, and presents anonymized offers. When you choose and pay for an introduction, we provide the organization’s identity and confirmed contact details.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, SponsorIntro is not the sponsor, the sponsored organization, or a party to the final sponsorship agreement.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the agency or business you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through your account and for keeping access to that account secure.

You may use our research and introductions for legitimate business purposes, including white-label agency work. You may not misuse the service, attempt to identify hidden organizations without paying, interfere with the platform, or use information unlawfully.

Briefs and offers

A submitted brief is a request for research, not a guarantee that a matching offer will be found. We aim to return initial offers within seven days, but timing depends on organization responses and availability.

Offers reflect information confirmed at the time shown. An organization may later change its pricing, availability, benefits, or deadline. You are responsible for reviewing final sponsorship terms before committing to the organization.

Fees and payment

• Submitting a brief and reviewing anonymized offers is free.
• The introduction fee shown before you request an introduction is separate from the organization’s sponsorship price.
• You pay the organization directly for the sponsorship. We do not add a markup to the organization’s quoted price.
• You may cancel an introduction request before payment instructions are issued.
• Once the paid introduction is released, the introduction fee is earned and non-refundable except where required by law.

Replacements

If an organization withdraws after an introduction but before you arrange the sponsorship, we will source one replacement introduction within the original brief at no additional service fee. A replacement is not available when the withdrawal results from changed requirements, missed deadlines, or conduct by you or your client.

SEO and marketing outcomes

Sponsorship offers may include website links, listings, social promotion, and other benefits useful in local marketing and SEO. Search visibility, traffic, and commercial results depend on many factors outside SponsorIntro’s control, so no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Third-party organizations and services

Organizations, payment providers, authentication providers, and linked websites are independent third parties. Their own terms and policies apply. SponsorIntro is not responsible for their acts, omissions, website changes, events, or fulfillment of a sponsorship agreement.

Our materials

SponsorIntro’s website, branding, software, and original research materials belong to SponsorIntro or its licensors. We give you a limited right to use delivered research for your agency and the client named in the brief. This does not transfer ownership of our platform or general research methods.

Service availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, SponsorIntro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to a claim is limited to the introduction fees you paid to us during the six months before the event giving rise to that claim.

Changes, suspension, and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the service and will post the revised date here. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, nonpayment, or legal compliance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without excluding mandatory protections that apply where you live.
